Kneehigh Theatre is spending the summer in Cornwall to pitch The Asylum, the company’s beautiful nomadic theatre space, which wowed audiences last year at Tywarnhale Farm, near Blackwater.
Find a space in your diary from July 23rd to August 28th to see two, new, made-in-Cornwall shows. The first, called Midnight’s Pumpkin, is inspired by the story of Cinderella, and is a riotus mix of dancing, story-telling and celebration. The second is The Wild Bride, Kneehigh’s new touring show. This epic and poetic wondertale is a grown up romance for brave children and adults alike featuring music and story telling with a wicked sense of humour.
There will also be music, children’s shows, laughter, dancing, and good food and drink – all locally sourced.
